The focus will shift from alleviating poverty to encouraging more investment in the sector  atul chaturvedi ,secretary ,ministry of fisheries ,animal husbandry and dairiying . said then centre seeks to create rural enterpreneurs for producing cheaper fodder through the year.

The centre will soon roll out 5000 crore scheme to promote enterpreneurship in the animal husbandry sector with the town objective of increasing productivity and reducing input costs , atul chaturvedi secretary ministry of fishries animal husbandry and diarying in an interview.
